JACKET

The coveted varsity jacket is the most recognizable award given to the student-athlete. Our jackets are custom built to meet the exacting specifications of your athletic department.

Body:

The body of our varsity jacket is made from a thick 24 oz. virgin wool that is colorfast and soft to the touch. All School colors available.

Sleeve Cut:

We offer the Set-In, Raglan and Leather-Insert " style sleeve cuts.

Sleeve Materials:

We offer 3 types of materials:

1.) A 24 oz. virgin wool to match the body of the jacket.

2.) Vinyl "Boltasport", which is uniquely coated vinyl that wears and feels like leather.

3.) 100% top-grain leather

Lettermen Jacket Lining:

The lining of our lettermen jacket come in either a 6 oz. black quilted nylon, or a lighter weight black satin for warm climate institutions.
Cuff, Collar & Bottom Trim:

We offer three standard knit patterns made from spun nylon trim.Custom patterns are routinely made for no charge.

Logo Finishing's:

Custom chenille patch designs to match your school's letter(s) or logo. No setup charges.

Sizing:

2XS(34), XS(36), S(38), M(40-42), L(44-46), XL (48-50), 2XL (52-54), 3X (56-58), 4X (60), 5X (60+), 6X (60+).

***Note that Tall sizes are available in sizes Large and above.
